Job Description

The B2B Lead Generation Executive will be responsible for executing outbound sales activities and generating qualified leads and meetings through cold emails, cold calling, and LinkedIn outreach. The role involves identifying and engaging decision-makers, qualifying prospects, handling objections, nurturing leads, and contributing directly to the company's sales pipeline and early-stage lead conversion.

Key Responsibilities

Execute daily outbound activities through: Cold email sequences; Cold calling; LinkedIn connection requests and follow-ups
Source and identify relevant decision-makers using LinkedIn, B2B databases, Seamless, and similar tools.
Qualify prospects based on their role, industry, business requirements, and potential fit.
Personalize outreach messages according to the prospect's role, industry, and client offerings.
Conduct initial discovery and qualification calls.
Engage confidently with CXOs, VPs, and other key decision-makers.
Handle objections and nurture prospects toward meeting or demo bookings.
Maintain accurate CRM records, including lead status, call notes, follow-ups, and activities.
Track and work toward lead-generation, meeting-booking, and conversion targets.
Collaborate with the Lead Generation Manager to improve outreach strategies and campaign performance.
Continuously optimize messaging and outreach approaches based on prospect responses and conversion data.

Requirements

0–5 years of experience in B2B lead generation, outbound sales, SDR, or related roles.
Strong cold calling experience with domestic and/or international prospects.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Hands-on experience with Seamless or similar B2B lead-generation tools.
Ability to communicate confidently with CXOs, VPs, and senior decision-makers.
Good understanding of lead qualification and conversion metrics.
Familiarity with CRM workflows and maintaining accurate lead records.
Strong objection-handling and follow-up skills.
Ability to personalize sales outreach based on prospect profile and business needs.
Target-oriented approach with the ability to consistently perform daily outbound activities.
Strong interpersonal, listening, and relationship-building skills.
Maintain records of the conversations with the customer and analyze the data.
Handling customer queries on Chat and E-mails.
