    • Active Directory (2012, 2016 Server)
    • Good Communication skills (USA client)
    • Knowledge of Remote Support (Team Viewer, RDP etc.)
    • Knowledge of Ticketing Portal.
    • Knowledge of Network Printer, Scanners.
    • Knowledge of Distribution list.
    • Confident to handle Client in Calls, Mails and Team Chat.
    • AAD (Azure Active Directory) Plus Point.
    • Knowledge of office 365. Plus Point
    • Good Knowledge about Windows 7, Windows 10 and Windows 11.
    • Knowledge of Computer Hardware.
    • Beginner level Troubleshooting experience (Computer Hardware, Software, Printer and Networking devices)
