Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Oracle Fusion Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in supporting and implementing Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to interact with cross-functional teams including technical consultants, DBAs, and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications (any functional domain).

Exposure to multiple modules (e.g., Financials, Procurement, SCM, HCM – any combination).

Proficiency in tools such as FBDI, OTBI, Web ADI, Rapid Implementation, and Data Loader.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Experience working in implementation, support, and enhancement projects.

Familiarity with issue tracking systems, SLA handling, and client communication.

Requirements

  • Provide day-to-day functional support to end users across Oracle Fusion Cloud modules.
  • Work on requirement gathering, functional design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Oracle Fusion modules.
  • Test and validate new business requirements in Test Instances and coordinate successful deployment in Production.
  • Perform issue analysis, identify root causes, and document resolutions in a centralized knowledge base.
  • Collaborate with Oracle Support by raising SRs (Service Requests) and participating in OWC (Oracle Web Conference) sessions to resolve critical issues.
  • Interact with DBA and technical teams to upload diagnostic/debug files, apply patches, and coordinate deployments.
  • Support data migration activities using tools like FBDI, Web ADI, Data Loader during implementation and upgrade cycles.
  • Participate in weekly status meetings, provide updates to stakeholders, and ensure alignment with SLAs.
  • Conduct user training, create comprehensive end-user documentation, and process guides.
  • Maintain records of the conversations with the customer and analyze the data.
  • Handling customer queries on Chat and E-mails.
