Job Description

We are seeking is a highly skilled Oracle ASCP (Advanced Supply Chain Planning) Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team. We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record in implementing and supporting Oracle ASCP modules within complex supply chain environments.

Key Responsibilities

10+ year experience Techno / Functional 70 / 30

Strong in Oracle EBS modules and business processes.

Experienced with EBS Source Transactions and Fixed Data in the Process Manufacturing Domain

Experience with ASCP to APCC for Plan Outputs

Experience in one ASCP implementation or support client is a must

Need to be proficient in PL / SQL, Oracle BI Reports, Interfaces

Requirements

  • Experience with Collections and troubleshooting of Custom Collection Programs (Jobs)
  • Design, develop, customize, and support Oracle EBS R12 applications in VCP (ASCP, IO)
  • Build and maintain interfaces, conversions, extensions, reports, and workflows (RICEW components)
  • Support and maintenance of existing integrations, use of ServiceNow, and experience
  • Develop and optimize solutions using Oracle SQL, PL / SQL, Forms, Reports, XML Publisher.
  • Provide functional / Technical guidance during requirements analysis, solution design, and implementation phases
  • Collaborate with business users to translate business needs into scalable functional / technical solutions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues; ensure system performance and stability
  • Support system upgrades, patching, migrations, and data conversions
  • Prepare and maintain functional and design documentation and assist with unit and integration testing
  • Working with Third-party Teams and coordinate until resolution
  • Ensure that the Incidents and Task are closed on time as per defined SLA
  • Time Management Prioritizing tasks and managing deadlines
  • Maintain records of the conversations with the customer and analyze the data.
  • Handling customer queries on Chat and E-mails.
