Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with CRM modules and be proficient in customizations, integrations, and Power Platform tools.

Key Responsibilities

Good experience in Dynamics 365 sales, Customer Service or Field Service modules.

Proficient with developing, deploying, customizing, and integrating Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Online.

Proficiency in customizing and creating CRM entities.

Design and implement solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Portals.

Proficient with developing, deploying, customizing, and integrating Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Online.

Requirements

  • Experience with Power Platform tools – Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Portal.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate with the client and understand the requirements.
  • Good to have knowledge on SSRS reports.
  • Good to have knowledge in SQL Server.
  • Maintain records of the conversations with the customer and analyze the data.
  • Handling customer queries on Chat and E-mails.
