Job Description

The SAP Order-to-Cash Solution Architect designs and optimizes end-to-end SAP O2C solutions, providing functional expertise across SAP SD, CRM, and FSCM. The role partners with business and IT teams to deliver scalable integrations, support full lifecycle implementations, manage enhancements, and ensure system stability, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Design, configure, and optimize SAP O2C processes across SAP SD, CRM, FSCM, Receivables Management, and OpenText

Provide hands-on configuration for sales orders, contracts, pricing, billing, credit management, rebates, and revenue recognition

Lead end-to-end SAP O2C lifecycle activities including design, build, testing, UAT, go-live, and post-production support

Collaborate with cross-functional global teams using Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall methodologies

Develop functional specifications for RICEF objects and support ABAP developments

Manage production issues, system enhancements, and performance optimization

Create and maintain process documentation, training materials, and audit support documentation

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
Hands-on configuration experience in SAP SD, CRM, FSCM, Receivables Management, and OpenText
Solid understanding of SD and FI-AR integration, including account determination
Experience in global SAP implementations and scalable solution design
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
At least 1 year of lead or solution ownership experience and Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
Maintain records of the conversations with the customer and analyze the data.
Handling customer queries on Chat and E-mails.
