Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce CRM Developer with strong technical expertise and excellent client communication skills. The ideal candidate will have experience working across Salesforce modules, integrations, and deployment pipelines. Prior experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) will be considered a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities

Apex Programming: Salesforce's primary back-end programming language, essential for automation, custom logic, and platform extensibility.

Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components: Modern frameworks for building scalable, performant user interfaces with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

SOQL & SOSL: Salesforce’s query languages for efficient data retrieval and search across objects.

Integration Skills: Ability to connect Salesforce with other systems using REST and SOAP APIs, middleware, and external services.

Data Modeling: Design and management of custom objects, schema, relationships, validation rules, and indexing for scalable architecture.

Declarative Automation: Building processes, flows, and automation using Flow Builder, replacing classic workflow and process builder.

Testing & Debugging: Using Salesforce’s testing frameworks, developer console, and debug logs to ensure high-quality deployments.

Requirements

  • Collaborate directly with clients to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure successful delivery of solutions.
  • Design, develop, customize, and configure Salesforce applications, primarily focusing on the Sales and Service modules.
  • Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs, middleware, or other technologies.
  • Manage environment configuration and maintain version control across multiple Salesforce environments.
  • Implement and optimize deployment pipelines to ensure smooth and reliable releases.
  • Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, and provide ongoing support for Salesforce solutions.
  • Document technical designs, processes, and provide knowledge transfer to other team members.
  • Maintain records of the conversations with the customer and analyze the data.
  • Handling customer queries on Chat and E-mails.
