Job Description

The Databricks Data Architect leads the design of enterprise-scale data platforms and pipelines on Databricks. This role defines architectural standards, ensures data security and compliance, and provides technical leadership to deliver scalable, high-performance data solutions aligned with business and analytics objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Architect end-to-end data solutions using Databricks and Spark

Define data platform standards, best practices, and governance

Lead performance optimization and reliability initiatives

Ensure data security, compliance, and quality controls

Guide teams on ETL, data warehousing, and big data design

Oversee pipeline monitoring, enhancements, and upgrades

Collaborate with stakeholders across engineering and analytics

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
10+ years of experience in data engineering or data architecture
Deep expertise in Databricks, Spark, and big data frameworks
Perform regular maintenance, patching, and upgrades of VMware infrastructure.
Strong SQL, Python, and data modeling skills
Experience with Hadoop, Kafka, and enterprise data platforms
Proven experience designing scalable and secure data architectures
Maintain records of the conversations with the customer and analyze the data.
Handling customer queries on Chat and E-mails.
