Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Customer Service Executive with 2–3 years of experience to handle customer queries and deliver an excellent service experience in a fast-paced BPO environment.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and accuracy.

Resolve customer issues, complaints, and service requests within defined SLAs.

Escalate complex cases to the senior team when required.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.

Meet performance targets related to quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with team members to improve processes and overall service delivery.

Ensure attendance, adherence, and shift compliance (including night/rotational shifts).

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in customer service (BPO experience preferred).
  • Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a high-volume environment.
  • Willingness to work night shifts and rotational shifts.
  • Maintain records of the conversations with the customer and analyze the data.
  • Handling customer queries on Chat and E-mails.
