    Role and Responsibilities

    • Should have 3+ years of experience in end-to-end technical recruitment, head hunting, volume, and lateral hiring.
    • Sourcing and screening prospective candidates by utilizing various sources like internal database, employee referrals, job portals, and networking.
    • Should have excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    • Should exhibit a high level of maturity, professionalism and confidential at work.
    • Should be able to work effectively under pressure and handle several positions simultaneously.
    • Taking care of the onboarding process and the requisite employee documentation.
    • Have an advantage if you have experience in HR portal named HR Grey.
    • To ensure timely hiring of quality manpower as per business need and process guidelines within set timelines.
    • Taking care of the HR-related compliance and all the operational part of preparing various employee letters, maintaining HR files and records, employee engagement and employee communication.
    • Conducting the employee exit interviews, F&F Settlements, generating relieving letters, etc.
