    Role and Responsibilities

    • Responsible for overseeing daily activities across functions such as finance, IT, and regulatory compliance.
    • Responsible for designing policies, look after customer service, and implementing technology solutions
    • Should have experience as Head of Operations, Operations Director, or similar leadership role
    • Should be familiar with all business functions including HR, finance, supply chain, and IT
    • Co-ordinating with other senior management to formulate a strategy.
    • Designing policies, implementing efficient processes and standards.
    • Ensuring regulatory compliance and overseeing the implementation of IT systems.
    • Managing contacts and relations with customers, vendors, partners, and other stakeholders.
