Role and Responsibilities

• Should have 3+ years of experience in end-to-end technical recruitment, head hunting, volume, and lateral hiring.
• Sourcing and screening prospective candidates by utilizing various sources like internal database, employee referrals, job portals, and networking.
• Should be able to manage small team sizes and drive business units independently
• Should have good negotiation skills
• Should exhibit a high level of maturity and professionalism at work
• Should be able to work effectively under pressure and handle several positions simultaneously
• Should have excellent communication skills
