    We are looking for an HR Executive to manage our company’s recruiting, learning and development and employee performance programs. You should have an extensive background in Human Resources departments and thorough knowledge of labor legislation

    Role and Responsibilities

    • Excellent Communication skills
    • Should be a team player
    • Excellent organizational skills
    • Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process, screening, short-listing, interviewing, negotiations
    • Develops a qualitied database of internal and external talents.
    • Must have good exposure for recruitment job portals like indeed, LinkedIn etc.
    • Must be having a good understanding in handling technical profiles (freshers/seniors)
    • Able to handle induction and on-boarding process
    • Help in making the recruitment process better.
    • Able to co-ordinate for payroll and salary processing
    • Must be open for backend and operations work, documentation part.
