As we start the new year, one thing we always do is remember the connections we’ve made, the accomplishments we’ve done for our clients, and the celebration we’ve had. As we reflect on what has transpired, we mourn the tremendous losses experienced across the globe as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic and are humbled by the tasks of rebuilding that lay ahead.
We’ve been through a lot together, especially over the last few years. As we continue to navigate the path out of the pandemic, I believe our connection with clients, staff, and community is stronger than ever. We continue to find new ways to help our members achieve their digital transformation goals, empower our staff to deliver excellent service, and support our community.
When I reflect on this last year, I am proud of what SourceMash has achieved for our clients and our community. We were able to help business take advantage of automation to optimize operating efficienc, increase their online revenue by driving higher conversions, improve customers selling propositions on Amazon Seller Central, or provide back-office data analytics to enable their teams to make better decisions for their end customers.
We launched a new Magento Store with over 10+ extensions, increased our workforce globally by adding offices in Thailand and United Kingdom, moved into our own building to support the growth we are having, and most of all, took care of our Smashers!
The challenges facing the globe are numerous and profound. SourceMash is committed to doing our part in facilitating collaboration and dialogue to help our customers recover and thrive. None of this would be possible without the support of our customers, family and friends, and most of all our SMASHERS globally for which we are immensely grateful.
I am proud of all that SourceMash has achieved in the past year and I have optimism for what lies ahead. We will continue to strive to improve the business well-being of our customers.
